. Due to Covid restrictions only drivers and mechanics (or racing team staff) are allowed to attend the event.

Cancelation Policy: The participation fee is non refundable if cancelled within 40 days of the date of the events. If a participant needs to cancel its participation within 40 days due to the covid situation (such as a positive test result) then he or she will be issued a voucher for a next event. In the event that the track day needs to be cancelled due to local covid restrictions then it will be postponed for a later date or moved to a different race-track.
